Photo Maker is an AI image generator and AI photo editor. It bundles a single workflow for creating AI generated images, retouching photos, expanding scenes, and assembling product visuals and design-ready graphics — all in one place.

The site is run as an independent editorial and tool resource. We do not represent any third-party service and we do not sell third-party products directly through it.

The information on this site is delivered "as is" with no warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep features available, accurate, and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation or a total absence of errors.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the studio to generate content that impersonates real people without their consent, or to spread disinformation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to extract source code from any service we operate.

4. Intellectual property

The site, including its text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, belongs to Photo-Maker.org or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright law.

Generated images produced through our editor are yours, subject to applicable law and to the terms of any third-party service you publish them through. You are responsible for making sure your use of generated images stays compliant with the law.

You keep all rights to the prompts and source images you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those inputs solely to provide the service to you.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
